These fines are incorporated .into the <br />soils that will be used in the reclamation and it is <br />anticipated that these fines will increase the moisture <br />retention of the soils. As part of demonstrating that <br />mulches will not be required, Mobile Premix is looking <br />at test plots this winter; one with mulch and one without. <br />C. Reclamation Cost <br />Since the amendment area is just an entrance road.
