In this TR, I have
modified the section and maps to show a post mine land use change for the mine disturbed
portion of the Benson Property located north of the main ridgeline that runs west of the beginning
of the 26" HDPE pipeline. This TR modifies, at the landowner request, the Approximate
Original Contours reclamation approach in order to maximize farmable ground. Accordingly, the
land north of the main ridgeline will first slope at a more gentle grade than the AOC would
dictate, and then slope at a greater than AOC grade to meet the in-situ material. The steeper
than AOC slopes will use sediment control devices such as contour terraces. This modification
in reclamation terrain will create a larger area, suitable for modern sideroll irrigation, than
originally existed.
Please review this submission and let me know if you have any questions.
Since
l
Tony
Mine
F:\eng\data\wp\revisions\tr49. doc
