While the reclamation process has not moved as fast as was <br />originally envisioned, we must at this stage question the basis for that original "estimate" <br />Without the ash disposal activity "approximate original contour" cannot be achieved in <br />the manner envisioned by both CEC and the Division. By using the disposal activity, <br />combined with the variance from contemporaneous reclamation, CEC has been able to <br />fashion a reclamation site that we believe reflects the goals and intent of the regulations. <br />To this end, please find enclosed the revision application form, minor revision <br />explanation and three (3) copies each of a proposed revision to page 117 of the Permit <br />document.
