Lochhead <br />Eaecunve Director <br />Michael B. Long <br />Division Dueaur <br />This letter is to inform you of a phase one bond release inspection <br />at the Apex No. 2 Mine. The inspection will take place on October <br />24, 1995, at approximately 9:00 a.m. The Apex No. 2 Mine is located <br />about 20 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado in Sections <br />21 and 22 of Township 4 North, Range 86 West. It is about one mile <br />southwest of the intersection of Twentymile Road and County Road 29, <br />which is about 6.5 miles northwest of the town of Oak Creek.
