NEIGHBORING LAND OWNERS <br />The owner of record for the property is Agile Stone Systems by care of Front Range Aggregates. <br />The current operator of the project is Front Range Aggregates, LLC, the applicant for this <br />amendment. The surface and mineral rights are owned by the applicant. <br />Moving clockwise from the north in section 12, there aze 6 neighboring land owners: BLM, <br />David and Jeanette Wootton, State of Colorado, the Applicant, Mark Brown, and Bering Sea <br />International LTD (See attached Neighboring Pazcels Map). Although the Union Pacific <br />Railroad has an existing rail line immediately south of the permit boundary, the Fremont County <br />Assessor does not state them as a parcel owner. <br />1) BLM north and east of the north''/z of permit boundary in section 12, <br />2) David and Jeanette Wootton east of the south %z of the permit boundary in section 12 and 13, <br />3) Applicant between the railroad and the river in section 13, <br />4) State of Colorado between the river and Highway 50 in section 13, <br />5) Mark Brown with 2 small parcels on either side of County Road 157, <br />6) Applicant south of the southwest comer in section 14, <br />7) BLM west of the permit boundary in sections 11 and 14, and <br />8) Applicant in the northwest corner in section 11. <br />Fron(Range Aggregates, LLC- Parkda[e Quarry <br />DMG /12 Permit Amendment <br />Page 1 <br />
