NEIGHBORING LAND OWNERS <br />The owner of record for the property is Agile Stone Systems by care of Front Range Aggregates. <br />The current operator of the project is Front Range Aggregates, LLC, the applicant for this <br />amendment. The surface and mineral rights are owned by the applicant. <br />Moving clockwise from the north in section 12, there aze 6 neighboring land owners: BLM, <br />David and Jeanette Wootton, State of Colorado, the Applicant, Mark Brown, and Bering Sea <br />International LTD (See attached Neighboring Pazcels Map).
