The attached portion of the Exhibit CO-2 <br />Mining Plan Map shows the current extraction area of Shot #1 and a process area in <br />Shot # 11 outlined in yellow and currently under financial warranty. <br />The area we wish to expand into is outlined in orange. <br />For the warranty increase, we would suggest the following proportional increases for <br />the tasks of DRMS's cost analysis: <br />Task # 002 HiQhwall scaling <br />Highwall length will increase from approximately 1,238 lineal feet to 1,830 <br />lineal feet which is a 147.8% increase. <br />1,830 / 1,238 x 200 = $296 (increase of $ 96) <br />Task # 004 Sur ace ading & Topsoilin <br />Three acres originally has increased to 4.8 acres = 160% increase <br />4.815/3.0 x $6,445 = $10,344 (increase of $3,899) <br />Task # 005 Reveeetate <br />Four acres originally will increase to 5.815 acres = 145% increase <br />5.8] 5/4.0 x $4,997 = $7,264 (increase of $2,267) <br />TOTAL WARRANTY INCREASE <br />$6,262 <br />
