Long <br />Division Dueaor <br />During the Division's review of the revised identification of interest information submitted as MR-17, <br />concerns were noted that must be resolved prior to the approval of this revision. Erica Crosby, the <br />Division specialist that handles updating the Applicant Violator System (AVS), identified some <br />conflicts within the AVS database. Some of these conflicts are a result of changes made to the <br />structure of Energy Fuels Company since the submittal of the revised insert pages. The following <br />concerns should be resolved. <br />1. Kerr Coal Company states that EF Coal Resources LP is the sole shareholder of <br />Energy Fuels Coal Company. Information submitted by the Southfield Mine (C-81-014) dated <br />June 1994 states that EF Coal Resources LP is a limited partnership and its general partner is <br />Energy Fuels Coal Company. Please clarify this relationship and update the pages accordingly. <br />2. The operator of the Southfield Mine stated to the Division back in June 1994 that <br />Energy Fuels Coal Company has changed their name to EF Coal Company. Please update this <br />name change on their permit pages. <br />3. Kerr Coal Company states that EF Coal Resources LP is the sole shareholder of Kerr <br />Coal Company. The operator has not included the officers and directors of EF Coal Resources <br />LP in the permit pages as specified by Rule 2.03.4. Please have Kerr Coal Company list the <br />officers and directors of EF Coal Resources LP in the permit pages. <br />
