Technical Revision No. 37 (TR-37) proposed
a change in the primary and emergency discharge structure arrangement for Pond F.
There is one error in the TR-37 completeness letter concerning the description of the application that
needs to be corrected. The Division's original completeness letter description stated that "The primary
discharge structure will be changed from a gated discharge tube to a pump and piping that will direct
discharge from the pond under the Fire Mountain Canal by way of an undershoot culvert". In actuality,
BRL is proposing to direct the pumped primary dischazge water either to the Deer Trail Ditch or through
piping that will direct the discharge through the Fire Mountain Canal undershoot culvert.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
r~ ~>~
J sep J.I7uflash
nvironmental Protection Specialist
c:/word/bowie2/tr3 7complet2
COLORADO
DIVISION O F
MIN SRALS
GEOLOGY
REC LAMATION~M WING
SAFETY•SOENCE
Bill Owens
Governor
Russell George
Executive Director
Ronald W.
