The Division of Wildlife has reviewed the proposal, visited the sites and met <br />with Mr. Kent Gorham of the Division of Minerals and Geology in reference 1o the request. <br />The Colorado Division of Wildlife has no comments or concerns related to the proposal provided that our authority to <br />enforce provisions regarding methods and timing (as provided in the Bosque del Oso Surlace Use Agreement) are not <br />altered. <br />Due to the small area associated with the release there will be little or no impact to wildlife and no known'l hrealened <br />or Endangered species occupy the site at this time. <br />Thank you for the opportunity [o comment on this issue.
