If Seneca intends to leave this road <br />as part of the post mining land use, then roughly 69.7 acre-feet of topsoil salvaged for <br />the road would be available. Has Seneca examined the feasibility of petTrtitting the Tie- <br />Across-Haul-Road as a permanent road and using the topsoil at the Seneca II mine to <br />off set the topsoil deficit? <br />The decision due date for this revision is August 31, 1997.
