Colowyo is confident that alt the remaining comments will be addressed before the
expiration of the extension period.
Colowyo has recently contracted a third party consulting firm to calculate Colowyo's reclamation
performance bond liability. This issue along with other deficiencies noted by CDMG has resulted
in the need for an extension to allow ample time to research and document Colowyo's findings
before the responses are submitted to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology.
If you have any questions or just require additional information, please don't hesitate in
contacting me at the phone number above.
Sincerely,
Tay Tono zi
~" ~L~~~
Environmental Engineer
Encl. 3 copies
Cc: file CF 1.1.10 2005 w\encl
Public Permit w\encl
Antelope Mine • Colowyo Mine • Cordero Rojo Mine • Jacobs Ranch Mine • Spring Creek Mine
A member of the Rio Tinto Group
