At 31 cubic feet per second, there will be a headwater of <br />31 inches behind the culverts. <br />Please verify that inlet protection of the culverts will <br />be installed and how this will be done. <br />4. The Sedcad page submitted has been properly annotated <br />with the revision date, as requested. <br />The Division suggests that this Sedcad page be included <br />in Exhibit 7 along with all the other data for hydrologic <br />balance (as referenced in 4.05. of the new Colowyo <br />permit) and the Table of Contents for Exhibit 7 be <br />updated. <br />Map 11 is properly updated with the location of the culvert <br />crossing and will replace the current Map 11 in the permit. <br />Turn around time for minor revisions is meant to be brief. Please <br />continue to get your responses to us as soon as possible. <br />Colowyo has kept the Division well informed of the activities of <br />Texaco in its cleanup efforts as a result of the oil spill of <br />November 21, 1991.
