This proposed technical revision addresses the
uncovering of a subterranean spring which was subsequently backfilled. Because there was
no diversion nor application to beneficial use of these state waters, this office has no
objection, at this time, to said technical revision.
Sincerely,
~~~~~~
Chuck Roberts
Professional Engineer III
CGR/jmg
cc: Mr. Ed Blank, Division Manager
7361 L.cgr
