Even though the conveyor is enclosed, sometimes washdown water can
flow out of the enclosure. Please make sure the topsoil stockpile is away from the
overhead conveyor so that contamination of the topsoil stockpile from above will not
occur.
In order to avoid confusion on proposed Map No. 8-3, please annotate [he sewage
treatment pond as such, rather than just as a pond.
4. Proposed Map No. 8-3 does not show the upland diversion ditches at the train loadout.
Please add these features to Map 8-3.
5. The Division understands that the imported fill material for this project will not be
coming from the Bowie No. 2 Mine. If this situation should change, the Division requests
that a minor revision be submitted for the exportation of material from the Bowie No. 2
Mine.
