Varna, <br />Varna Companies, Inc., please accept this request to continue the <br />decision date,to Tuesday 26 September 1995, if necessary. <br />My understanding from our meeting yesterday is that all components <br />necessary for the approval of the amendment are in and that you are <br />prepared to grant approval, conditional upon finalization of v~~arranty <br />considerations within 30 days of that approval, to allow time ;for your <br />office to conclude calculations, and for Varna Companies, Inc. to verify <br />and provide warranty. <br />Withdraw of by the City of its objections would prevent the <br />scheduling of your approval for ratification by the Board.
