The items follow the numbering provided in the <br />letter. <br />The Division requests that the Operator provide a more complete inventory of the <br />wells within [he Man Mine permit boundary including: <br />a. Well log and completion information including borehole diameter, casing <br />types, well depths, gravel pack and grout intervals <br />b. Assess ground conditions including access to wells <br />c. Obtain water level measurements <br />d. Verify total depth of each well, condition of borehole/casing and amount <br />of sedimentation in each well <br />Further, the Division requests a detailed summary of how and when each well will <br />be sealed. It is the understanding of the Division that BLM is requesting that all <br />wells on BLM property be sealed within one year. With this in [Hind, the <br />Division is requesting the above information and sealing plan by 30 November <br />2001. <br />2. Response Accepted <br />3. Response Accepted <br />
