CAMAS will not proceed with mining on the Bigelow Property Expansion (Bigelow) until a <br />historical and azcheological survey has been completed. Note: This is also an agreed upon <br />condition between Longmont and CAMAS. <br />2. CAMAS will not mine within 200 feet of the lateral irrigation ditch located within Phase II <br />of the mine plan until approved by the landowner. <br />3.
