I believe that the two hearings should take place on t 1e same date for two <br />reasons. First, With respect to the NOV hearing, my client's testi nony in mitigation will <br />be that it has taken the corrective action of obtaining a permit exl ansion. Thus, in that <br />respect, the two hearings are Gosely rotated. Second, my client i : a small metropolitan <br />district with limited financial resources.
