TCC is not proposing to mine any coal it does not control during this <br />permit term. There have been areas located in the Life of Mine permit boundary <br />that TCC does not control the coal in, but they are not proposed for mining. Prior <br />[o including them in a mining area the coal rights will be acquired and TCC will <br />provide the appropriate documentation to the Division. <br />103. TCC has the right to mine all the coal identified in the PR 99-OS Mine <br />Plan, as presented on Map 23 <br />104. Page 2.03-34 has been revised to address the Division's concern. The permit already <br />addresses this concern. The Division previously suggested wording to incorporate all <br />present and future permitting actions and TCC incorporated [hat into its current <br />permit. <br />
