I wish [o be on record, for your decision <br />process and any Board of Mined Land Reclamation review, in support of dle amendment <br />application. <br />I have attended brie£ngs and, if questions arose, been provided access to copies of the <br />application and to the Mining Company's staff; and have assured myself that all desigtrs <br />and related environmental protection measures are most adequate. I am very pleased <br />with the access [o infornlation that the Mining Company continues to provide. I have <br />confidence that the projections made in the ap; lication are based on sound foundations <br />and have, I would note, found this to be the case with past applications. <br />Please note that this letter is in no way meant to be considered as an objection or to <br />otherwise delay your processing. I support the Amendment Number 8 application and <br />timely approval of the application.
