We have entered into a
contract with a reputable company and they are wishing [o begin crushing.
According to the pemmit application as this pit is now permitted we have no reference to a crushing unit to
be utilized, and this needs to be changed. We would like to request that a Technical Revision to permit
number M-80-252 Ex}ribit D, Part A, be granted so as to allow the use of a crtLShing unit on this site. All
other permit application items will remain the same.
The cnuher, if granted, will provide us the means to better utilize the material in the pit. We will be able to
obtain a higher class of surface material, a class 6 compazed to a l 1/2 inch saeened material, and will
allow us to produce two types of chips that will provide a better road stnrcture to the citizens of Pazk
County.
If there are any questions please contact me (719) 836-4283.
~- ~~.i
~~v
bent Vance
Field Operations Supervisor
Pazk County Road and Btidge
