Amendment to M-1999-005
Dear Fred Campos:
Enclosed is a copy of the published notice for the North River Pit Sand and
Gravel Mine giving notice that All Rite Paving &Redi-Mix, Inc. has filed the
referenced amendment application to conduct continued extraction of
construction materials within parts of NE'/< of Section 1, Township 24 S, Range
55 W and parts of SE'/< of Section 36, Township 23 S, Range 55 W, 6`h P.M.
You are receiving notification of this application, because according to the Otero
County Assessor's records you own land within a 200-ft radius of the proposed
mining project. The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology require
notification of all landowners within a 200-ft radius of the project boundary.
Banks and Gesso, LLC is representing the applicant in the permit application
process. If you have any questions regarding the technical nature of the mining
