Public Notice <br />All Rite Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc., 839 MacKenzie Ave., Canon City, CO 81212, (719) <br />275-4555, has filed an amendment to a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions <br />of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />proposed amendment area is known as the North River Pit Sand and Gravel Mine, and <br />is located at or near parts of NE'/, of Section 1, Township 24 S, Range 55 W and parts <br />of SE '/, of Section 36, Township 23 S, Range 55 W, 6`h Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is November 2003 and the proposed date of <br />completion is November 2025. The proposed future use of the land is unlined ponds <br />and wildlife habitat. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained <br />from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Otero County Clerk or Recorder's office; P.O. <br />Box 511, La Junta, Colorado, 81050, or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology by 4:00 p.m. on February 20, 2003. <br />
