Box 70 <br />Loma, CO 81524-0700 <br />Re: McClane Canyon Mine (Permit No. C-80-004), Proposed Decision -Minor Revision No. 25, Shop <br />Addition <br />Dear Mr. Walters: <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed Decision Form for Minor Revision <br />No. 25 at the McClane Canyon Mine. <br />Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of the approved revision <br />application was sent to the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of Land Management. The material should <br />be sent within IS days of final approval. <br />Note that "Revised Liability" under the Performance Band heading on the enclosed decision farm exceeds the <br />"Bond Held" by $352.00. <br />This is based on the fact that total direct plus indirect costs for MR No. 24 and MR No. 25 ($3,761.00 and <br />$5,451.00, respectively) exceed previous shop removal and concrete demolition total costs ($8,860.00) by <br />$352.00.
