Each area pertains <br /> to an area approximately 30 feet long by 10 feet wide, <br /> and will be referred to as slide access points (SAP). <br /> Each SAP will be cut one at a ti me and will be used <br /> until all stone is extracted in each particular area. <br /> It is probable that one SAP will provide years of <br />' extraction before the next one i s needed. <br />' The reclamation process will inc lude back filling with <br /> 1' of topsoil with maintaining a slope not to exceed <br /> the original grade and reseeded with native alpine <br />' grass mix specified from S.C.S. in Canon City* Reclaimed <br /> slopes will not exceed 3:1. <br />6 - 7 Site will be reseeded each year during the months of <br />October thru May as to take advantage of natural <br />precipitation. The seed bed will be rototilled, fine <br />graded and mulched with sCraw according to S.C.S. <br />specifications. Seed will be broadcast to a depth of <br />1/8 inch. <br />' 8. No ponds, streams or roads will remain after reclamation. <br />9.
