Banta. <br />pinsion Direttar <br />On Tuesday, October 29, 1991, I made a visit to your office to determine <br />whether the copy of the permit application on file in your office contained <br />all of the required information. Specifically, I was checking to see if the <br />mine operator had provided your office with all of the revised permit <br />application materials associated with-Technica.l_Rev_i_sions TR_08 and TR 09. <br />Based on my review, it appeared that all information associated with TR 08 was <br />in the application at the time of my review. In regards to TR 09, pages 4-V, <br />4-vi, 4-9, 4-67 & 68, ~-69 & 70, and page 4-79 & 80 did not appear to have <br />been updated. I inserted an updated copy of each page into the application <br />during my visit. All of the Figures associated with TR 09 were found to be in <br />the application at the time of my review. Although Exhibits 4.2-2 and 4.6-1, <br />also associated with TR 09, were not found to be within the application <br />itself, they were, as recall, included in some of the loose correspondence. <br />However, in order to ensure that all permit information associated with TR 09 <br />is properly inserted into the body of the application, I have enclosed a copy <br />of each of the two Exhibits.
