Ownership of these assets has been <br />transferred to EnCana Oil and Gas (USA), Inc. and a right of way grant from BLM to <br />EnCana has been issued changing the use of this property from mining to oil and gas <br />production. <br />13.3 acres located in the NE '/a S W '/a NE '/a and 3 acres located in the NE '/a SE '/4 NE '/a <br />Section 19, Township 1 S, Range 97 West, 6~' Principle Meridian, Rio Blanco County, <br />Colorado, which contain the temporazy lay down and parking area as well as the <br />temporazy batch plant area, heliport and top soils storage area have been converted from <br />
