TR-1
Dear Mr. Grotenhouse:
On February 6, 1997 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision
application submitted to the Division on August 5, 1996, addressing the following:
Construction of Che tie-across haul road to the Rex Quany.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into
Permit No. M-77-301.
The conditions of [he Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions
of Permit No. M-77-301 remain in full force and effect.
Stipulation No. Description
The operator must submit the required reclamation bond increase of $5,401.00
within 60 days of approval of this revision, only if no additional changes occur
as a result of the reclamation liability adequacy inspection which will be
conducted on February 19, 1997. If the scheduled inspection reveals that
additional bond will be required for the entire site, the amount of bond submitted
shall be commesurate with the additional increase as determined by the inspection
and subsequent reclamation bond re-calculation.
