Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resou¢e Tnstee <br />On June 30, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment applicaton submitted to the Division <br />on March 1, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Revise the reclamation plan to change the post-mining land use from recreation to developed water storage; address the <br />hydrologic impacts associated with this change; incorporate the Henderson Industrial Pit application (aka-Brinlanan- <br />Woodward Pit, M-1980-221)) into the Reclamation Pit No. 1 permit application (M-1977-153); add parcels A-E per the <br />revised mining plan map. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977-153. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Pelnut No. M-1977-153 remain in full force and effect.
