• i
applicable performance and financial warranties upon
full completion of all reclamation requirements as set
forth in the permit.
(e) An approximate timetable to describe the mining op-
eration. The timetable is for the purpose of establish-
ing the relationship between mining and reclamation dur-
ing the different phases of the mining operation. An
operator shall not be required to meet specific dates
for initiation, or completion of mining in a phase as
may be identified from complying with the performance
standards of Rule 6. Such timetable should include:
An estimate of the periods of time which will be
required for various stages of phases of the operation;
A description of the size and location of each area to
be worked during each phase; and
Outlining the sequence in which each stage or phase of
the operation will be carried out. (Timetables need not
be separate and distinct from the mining plan, but may
be incorporated therein.)
l(e)) The mining operation will mine in a consistent
fashion, in the next 15 years at least 1/2 an acre will
be mined each year. The last 5 years of the permitted
• time will be used to extract the last if any raw mate-
rial from the gravel vein and reclaim. The Overburden
moved in the first 15 years will be used to reclaim.
And the last 5 years of the permitted time overburden
will be moved and stockpiled for reclamation.
(f) A map (in EXHIBIT C) maybe used along with a narra-
tive to present the following information:
Nature, depth and thickness of the ore body or deposit
to be mined and the thickness and type of overburden to
be removed (may be marked "CONFIDENTIAL," as per
Section1.4.3); and
Nature of the stratum immediately beneath the material
to be mined in sedimentary deposits.
((f)) The ore consists of gravel, the ore has a depth
of 50' at the face and will incline and then decline ae
mining proceeds in a northwesterly direction, the thick-
ness will be restrictive to a contour plan in reclama-
tion. And the overburden consists of "Utaline
Torriorthenta complex", the overburden has an average
depth of 12'.
• The stratum beneath consists of shale and or adobe dirt.
