Box 670, Hayden, Colorado 8] 639, has filed with the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Technical Revision 21 ('IR-21) to the Yoast Mine, Permit C-94082. This <br />revision includes two (2) azeas of additional disturbance (approximately 16 acres), the incorporation of highwall mining <br />in conjunction with the currently approved auger mining, and the recovery of Lennox coal for a test bum and potential <br />ongoing recovery. <br />The general legal description of the Yoast Permit Area is described as: <br />T6N.
