This technical revision includes two (2) azeas of additional disturbance (approximately <br />16 acres), the incorporation of highwall mining in conjunction with the cturendy approved auger <br />nvning, and the recovery of Lennox coal for a test bum and potential ongoing recovery. See the <br />attached Figure 1, TR-21, for the location of the proposed additional disturbance azeas. <br />Each package contains the required application form, proposed public notice, the revised or new <br />information, and the insertion instructions for updating the PAP.
