The stains of the <br />two sediment ponds, # 016 and 016A, has not changed; you will be notified regarding retention of these structures <br />when appropriate (as required by Colorado Law). <br />As faz as the Phase I Bond Release application, the azea in which Phase I bond release has been requested is in the <br />northern portion of the mine azea and includes a small portion of your property in the NE Y. of Section 26 along the <br />top of the adge. Phase I bond release only includes backfilling and grading (the heavy dirt work) and post mine channel <br />construction. Phase II bond release includes azea that has been topsoiled and revegetated for at least two years. Phase <br />III is final bond release and requires at least 10 years of revegetation. <br />The documents, as referenced in your letter, can be reviewed at the Colorado Department of Minerals and Geology <br />offices or at the Hayden Public Library.
