Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures -you have identified a power line which enters the permit azea from the east as the only man-made structure within 200 feet of the affected land boundary so the applicant must comply with section "a", "b" or "c" of Rule 6.4.19. Also, you need to identify any and all other structures (gas line, phone line, fiber optic line) that may be located within 200 feet of the proposed affected land boundary (any utility line that may be buried in the borrow ditch on the west side of Elbert highway or the north side of county road 102 will be within 200 feet of the proposed affected land boundary).
