RECEIVED <br />SEP 18 2003 <br />Division ~f Minerals and Geology <br />Published in La Sierra Aug. 22, 2003 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Please be advised that on August 8, 2003, CestiHa County Road and Bridge, <br />352 Main St., (719) 672-3372, has filed an application to convert M-1999-024, San <br />Acacio Gravel Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials to a 112(c) <br />Regular Construction Materials Permit Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined <br />Landed Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is located at or near <br />Section 28, Township 3 N, Range 73 W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Castilla County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for November 6, 2003 <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Costiiia County Clerk and <br />Recorders office at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman St., Denver CO 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within <br />(20} days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the appli- <br />cation review process by the Divison. You should contact the Road and Bridge at <br />719-672-9109 for the newspaper publication date.
