Mr. Joy advises me he will be <br />unable to complete the work and furnish me with the maps and <br />information needed prior to April 10, 1986. Although he has <br />commenced work, because of continuing adverse weather conditions <br />and a planned trip out of town next week, he will not be <br />able to complete the work within the time frame originally <br />scheduled. <br />Assuming I receive the information from him on or <br />before April 10, 1986, I will forward a remodified reclamation <br />plan and report prior to April 15, 1986.
