Banta. <br />Division Director <br />On July 26, 1991 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board conditionally <br />approved the technical revision application submitted to the Division on <br />June 28, 1991, addressing the affected area boundary markers. The terms of <br />the revision approved by the Board are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-77-342. <br />The conditions of the Board approval are noted below. Please note that all <br />other provisions of Permit No. M-77-342 remain in full force and effect. <br />Condition 1: Appropriate markers will be installed at reasonable <br />intervals along the boundary of the affected areas of the mine where the <br />distinction between the affected area and reclaimed or unimpacted forest <br />lands adjacent is not readily made. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />James C.
