Long <br />Drvision Director <br />Please be advised that on June 18, 2001, Baca County, whose address and telephone number are 741 Main St., <br />Springfield, CO 81073; (719) 523-6532, filed an application to convert M-1993-088, Glmkel Pit No 31, a 110(c) <br />Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining <br />and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 29, Township 285, Range 47W, 6th Prime Meridian, in <br />Baca County. The application decision is scheduled for September 17, 2001. <br />A copy of the apphcation is available for review at the Baca County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office o~ <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, D®ver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper pyb>k notice to be considered io the application review process by the Division. you should contact <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
