Your comments and concerns relating to <br />the adequacy of fish and wildlife resources information, the fish and wildlife <br />plan, and the reclamation plan as it relates to fish and wildlife <br />considerations, including potential impacts to threatened or endangered <br />species, are requested. If wildlife habitat is the proposed postmining land <br />use, we request your evaluation of proposed woody plant stocking levels, <br />planting arrangements, and methods for mitigation of potential adverse impacts. <br />A copy of the permit revision is enclosed. In order for us to comply with <br />regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted to the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology at the above address by 5:00 p.m. on March 4, 1993. <br />If no comments are received by this date, we will proceed on the assumption <br />that your agency has no concerns with or objections to the applicant's <br />proposal. <br />A copy of the permit revision application is available for public inspection <br />at the Delta County Clerk and Recorder's Office, Fifth and Palmer, Delta, <br />Colorado. Written comments, objections or requests for an informal conference <br />on the permit revision application may be submitted to, and additional <br />information obtained from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
