College Ave. P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522; (970) 221-6600, filed an Amcedment application to <br />M-1977-184, Timberline Pit, which is located at or near Section 17, Township 7N, Range 68W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Lorimer County. The application decision is scheduled for January 6, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Lorimer County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />>f you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
