College Ave. P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522; (970) 22I-6600, filed an Amendme~ application to <br />M-977-184, Timberline Pit, which is located at or near Section 17, Township 7N, Range 68W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Larimer County. The application decision is scheduled for January 6, 2003. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the I,arimer Couuty Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make cormreents or objections, they must be submitted within twerrty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
