An authorized <br />representative of Rimrock Coal Co. needs to sign both documents and have them notarized. One must be <br />returned to the Division at the above address; the other must be kept on file at the mine office or the public <br />repository for the mine records. Please make sure that a copy is filed at the Las Animas County Planners <br />office in Trinidad. <br />Please be aware that issuance of the permit renewal will initiate time frames of any enclosed stipulations to <br />the permit.
