In consideration for the right to use the public lands described <br />alcove, the holder agrees to pay to the Bureau of land Management <br />the fair market value for the right-of wap as determined by the <br />authorized officer. The initial rental determination shall be <br />reviewed periodically and may be adjusted as necessary to insure <br />payment to the United States or fair market value for the rightrof-way. <br />Failure of the holder to submit any required payment within 30 days <br />after notice of default may result in termination of this grant. <br />8. This rightrof-way may be renewed at the end of its terra if the <br />facility authorized herein is still in existence and being need for <br />the purposes authorized herein. Zf renewed, the right-of-wap shall <br />be subject to regulations existing at the time of renewal and such <br />other terms and conditions deemed necessary by the authorized <br />officer to protect the public interest. <br />Sec. C.
