All vehicle use shall be confined to the minimum area necessary i.e. <br />following tracks back out from a corehole as much as possible. <br />3. There shall be no blading of soils allowed. <br />4. Drilling shall be performed during dry soil conditions to avoid rutting. <br />5. Any areas disturbed shall be reclaimed to the satisfaction of the suthoriz+ <br />officer. Drill seed <br />one-fourth to one-half inches deep along the contour. Ia areas that <br />cannot be drilled, broadcast at double the seed rate and cover one-fourth <br />to one-half inches with rake, harrow or drag bar. <br />6. Access to the site shall be from existing roads. No fences or other <br />improvements may be disturbed. <br />
