Permit M77-424 Amendment 1 <br />Exhibit D <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />grade, it is assumed that revegetation was initiated immediately afrer burial of the <br />pipeline in areas where the pipeline alignment is not on the Logan Wash Road. <br />At the evaporation pond, topsoil was placed on fill slopes (as indicated in Sheet 2 of <br />Exhibit D) and revegetated in the late stages of pond construction. Two supplemental <br />soil stockpiles were constructed on the east and south sides of the pond. <br />F) i) Nature, depth and thickness of the ore body or deposit to be mined and the <br />thickness and type of overburden to be removed. <br />ii) Nature of the stratum immediately beneath the material to be mined in <br />sedimentary deposits. <br />This information is presented in the original mine permit as required by rules and <br />regulations existing at the time of submittal.
