SECTION III Access to Information It is apecitYcally agreed that Licensee sball provide to Licenaor copies of all Einal data, readings and teat results obtained by Licenaee through use o[ this License Agreement. SECTION IV Hold Harmless provisions Licensee's access to the property o[ Licenaor shall be limited !o the purposes set forth in Section II hereof at the locations designated on the attached site plan (><shibit '/• attached hereto) and for ingress to and e9ceaa from that location by equipment and personnel o[ Licenaee and, as applicable, its subcontractors.
