Obligee: State of Colorado ~ -8~~a~ RECEIVED JUL 1 3 1998 Division of Minerals & Geology Effective March 20th, 1999, this rider assumes present and future liability under Bond Number 11119389572 executed and previously filed by Fireman's Fund Insurance Company with the Obligee. In consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained, the Principal and SAFECO Insurance Company of America hereby consent [o SAFECO Insurance Company of America assuming present and future liability under the above-described bond. The liability of SAFECO Insurance Company of America under said bonds shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions, limitations and warranties contained in the above described bond and any amendment thereto or agreement between the Obligee and previous Surety affecting the same. In no event shall the liability of SAFECO Insurance Company of America be greater than the liability of the previous Surety had this rider not been issued. All rights available to Fireman's Fund Insuranace Company, by reason of it providing a surety bond to this obligee under this obligation shall transfer, to the benefit of, and be fully enforceable by SAFECO Insurance Company of America. This rider assumes liability under SAFECO Insurance Company of America Bond No. 5947332 from this date forward for present and future liability.
