American Gypsum Company <br />LLC is now the permitted operator of the Eagle-Gypsum Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1984- <br />041, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Tvae <br />Bond Number Boad Amount <br />Safeco Insurance Company of America Corporate Surety $1,429,700.00 <br />These have been released as of September 24, 2007 Division approval for the succession of operators.
