Weatbay January 24, 1996 <br />Re: Relocation of Additional Existing Facilities <br />During our conversation on January 16, you indicated you would make <br />the request for relocation of additional facilities part of the <br />Land Use Change Application currently pending for the West Valley <br />Fill. I would prefer if these items could be addressed separately <br />as a "No Impact" under the Gunnison County Land Use Resolution. <br />We are still planning on meeting with you on January 29. Timing of <br />the approvals for the various parts of the overall plan are <br />critical to the success of the Sanborn Creek Mine. We anticipate <br />working in cooperation with Gunnison County to achieve compliance <br />with all requirements, and to meet the tight schedule of this <br />project. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas C.
