If there is any water depletion associated with <br />this project the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology should contact the <br />Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation, and Enforcement to inform them that <br />formal consultation on impacts to the endangered Upper Colorado River Basin <br />fishes may be necessary. <br />If the Service can be of further assistance, please contact Terry Ireland at <br />the letterhead address or (970) 243-2778. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard P.
